I'm Ben, an indie developer from Strasbourg 🇫🇷 with a passion for all things music & tech. I write software for the Apple platforms as an author and freelance consultant, focusing on the Mac.
In summer of 2013, I decided to try my hand at building a solid music tag editor, that could rival and improve upon the well known mp3Tag for windows.
It felt like there were no convincing solutions on the Mac yet, and I wanted to build one that would make Mac owners proud, and leverage the power of the OS, thus giving birth to Meta for Mac.
Meta earned positive reviews on MacStories.net, and got featured in French monthly magazine VVMac. I continue to improve and support its development to this day.
